How to play .mkv files
VLC player is the answer! It is a audio/video player - open source which can play many file formats equivalent to AVI files. .mkv is such a video file format which can be easily played by VLC player! - Have fun! (Generally, when you download torrent files, .mkv files are some times extentions for the actual file you get!)
